All content, source code, software, functionality, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively “Content”) on the Portal are proprietary and confidential and may not be disclosed, copied, or duplicated. Community Tax maintains all ownership and rights in and to the Portal and Content. Community Tax grants a revocable license to authorized users to access and use the Portal for purposes of referring clients, checking client statues, and checking commission and bonuses.
